My career hasn’t followed a straight line. I’ve spent years leading people and operations in SMEs, guiding organisations through growth, restructuring and moments where decisions carried weight. I’ve also spent years working in the mountains — coaching performance, reading changing conditions and helping people stay composed when the environment shifts.
Those experiences shaped how I think about leadership:
it’s practical, behavioural, and built through the decisions you make under pressure.
Today, I bring those worlds together — executive coaching, operational leadership and experiential learning, to help leaders think more effectively, communicate more confidently and perform at a higher level.
I believe clarity accelerates performance.
Teams and decisions move faster when direction is understood, not assumed.
I believe leadership is a practice, not a position.
Progress comes from deliberate awareness and better choices, not job titles.
I believe perspective is a performance skill.
When leaders see a situation clearly, decisions follow more naturally.
We work on real challenges, not hypotheticals.
Because reality is where you are operating.
Reflection leads to action, not delay.
Higher clarity and understanding speeds up quality.
Coaching sessions sometimes step outdoors — where patterns show up faster
I use the outdoors as a tool, not a gimmick, to accelerate change.
