I'm an executive coach with a decade of senior leadership experience across people, operations and organisational strategy. Before starting my coaching practice, I served as Director of Operations & People, leading teams through growth, complexity and organisational change. I continue to support governance and strategic oversight as a Trustee at a leading education charity.
My coaching draws on a diverse career: navigating real operational pressure, shaping culture, guiding leaders through difficult decisions and developing teams in fast-moving environments. Alongside my leadership career, I have built a parallel path in high-performance outdoor coaching, holding the top international ski instruction qualification and spending years coaching in environments where clarity, judgement and skill matter in real-time.
