I'm an executive coach with a decade of senior leadership experience across people, operations and organisational strategy. Before starting my coaching practice, I served as Director of Operations & People, leading teams through growth, complexity and organisational change.
I have also contributed to governance and strategic oversight as a Board member of a leading education charity, supporting long-term direction, performance and accountability at organisational level. That experience, combined with years of operational leadership, gives me a practical understanding of how decisions, behaviour and culture interact in real organisations.
I now work with leaders, founders and teams who want clarity, perspective and practical progress grounded in the reality of their day-to-day leadership.
My coaching is informed by real experience of leadership, not theory alone. Over the course of my career, I have worked at the intersection of operations, people and strategy, supporting organisations through change, difficult decisions and the everyday demands of performance.
I’ve led teams through growth and restructuring, worked on culture and engagement, and handled the pressures that come with responsibility for people and results. Those experiences shape how I coach: with an emphasis on judgement, context, communication and the quality of leadership behaviour.
Alongside my leadership work, I have built a parallel path in high‑performance outdoor coaching. I hold the top international ski instruction qualification and have spent years coaching in environments where conditions change quickly and decisions matter in real time.
What connects these worlds is a consistent focus on awareness, judgement and performance under pressure. Whether in organisations or in the mountains, I am interested in how people think, decide and behave when it counts — and how those patterns can be developed.
That perspective shapes my coaching: practical, reflective work that helps leaders understand their context more clearly, improve the quality of their decisions and lead with greater intention.

My Ethos page sets out my beliefs about leadership, development and performance in more detail. In practice, a few principles from that work guide how I coach:
This means coaching focuses on real situations, concrete decisions and live conversations, rather than staying abstract.

My coaching practice is grounded in both senior leadership experience and formal professional development.
